Contacted Locing Crowns for some advice initially and was met with Mel, who gave wonderful personalised advice for me and my hair. Had a full Loc detox and retie. The detox experience was nothing short of amazing. I usually wash at my local salon; however, nothing prepared me for this experience.
The attention and care given to me throughout the process were second to none. I felt so relaxed and valued. Detox was wonderful, and my hair looks and feels so healthy and shiny. During the retie, Mel spoke to me through everything she was doing, and gave some really valuable advice- even since receiving the service, Mel has recommended products and given ongoing advice. Cannot recommend enough.
